La Pamtomataria

There are many restaurants, but not so many "pamtomataries". Here we do this: typical catalan bread with tomato, salt and oil, with cold meats and cheeses. We don’t process, we don’t cook. We just choose and serve. And all the effort and all the work is focused on triage and service.
